Whether I'm nose deep in my latest read (I'm currently savouring 'Butter') or immersed in a social gathering, anything that invites reflection and discovery intrigues me. A London girl through and through, I move easily between a night at the ballet and secluded basement bars.

My background in design means I'm fascinated with how people experience the world; every glance, every touch, every shared silence. A little thoughtfulness and quiet is such a respite, isn't it? When I need balance, I head for the outdoors, with hiking and fresh air to keep me grounded, ready to return to the city with a sense of wonder.

Friends say I'm down to earth and gentle, but leading with compassion and consent just feels like second nature to me. It means every moment we spend together feels like you have room to be you, exactly as you are.
